WHAT TO EXPECT IN 2020

The Financial Stability Oversight Council (FSOC), who’s voting members comprise the heads of the top financial regulatory agencies including, but not limited to the SEC, CFTC, FDIC, CFPB, OCC and Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, approved 12 recommendations in their December 2019 Annual Report:
